Curious members of the public have been encouraged to visit a number of landmarks in Coupar Angus during Perth and Kinross Doors Open Day.
The East Perthshire town features heavily in the programme for the annual event, which takes place on September 20 and 21, with the town’s Abbey Church and Tolbooth Steeple set to welcome the crowds.
At the Quarto Press, housed within a converted 19th Century workman’s cottage, stable and wagon-shed, visitors will be able to try part of the printing process, while a family day on Sunday will include activities such as paper making.
There will also be historic spinning and weaving demonstrations at the Beech Hill Road venue.
Robes and chains of former Coupar Angus Provosts will, once again, be on display in the town’s Council Chambers.
