Restaurant Bar & Grill in Glasgow launches new Private Dining Room

Individual Restaurant Company, one of the UK’s most dynamic and established restaurant operators, has announced that it will launch a Private Dining Room at its Glasgow venue, The Restaurant Bar & Grill, on Thursday 15 May.
Since its 2007 launch, the Princes Square restaurant and bar has fast established itself as one of Scotland’s most successful and stylish destinations, gaining an enviable reputation for its exceptional approach to food and drink. Known for its passion for detail and modern, elegant surroundings, the Restaurant Bar & Grill will now launch a Private Dining Room that will lend itself perfectly to corporate events, birthday celebrations and even wedding parties.
Exquisitely designed to offer a private area adjacent to the main restaurant, the Private Dining Room will ensure an exclusive and discrete location within the stylish setting of this contemporary city centre venue.
The main restaurant was recently transformed by the Individual Restaurant Company as part of a major investment, making it one of Glasgow’s most desirable venues and strengthening the shopping mall’s position as a premier eating and drinking destination. With a decor that is chic and sophisticated, its menu and cocktails are carefully created to appeal to discerning Glaswegians.
Iain Donald, Operations Director for the Individual Restaurant Company, said: “After the successful opening of The Restaurant Bar & Grill in Glasgow and following customer interest it seemed the natural progression to launch the Private Dining Room.

All dishes featured on the Restaurant Bar & Grill’s eclectic menu, including the bread and ice-cream, are freshly prepared and made on the premises by the restaurant’s chefs from carefully sourced ingredients. An enticing list of starters offers dishes such as fried chilli squid with noodle salad and baked mushrooms with goat’s cheese, whilst main course options include roasted halibut with crab and herb crust and Thai green curry.
With an open kitchen, wood stone oven and rotisserie, The Restaurant Bar & Grill aims to appeal to a range of customers, opening from mid-morning through to late evening, serving brunch, lunch and dinner.
